This hotel is very clean and beautiful. It is essentially located between Church Street and the waterfront. It’s highly walkable. There are plenty of good restaurants scattered around. Our room was immaculate and decorated beautifully. the staff were very friendly and helpful and even got a little bit of an early check-in! I would definitely return to this hotel next time we are in Burlington.
No microwave on room, which would have been beneficial for warming up leftovers from restaurant. TV did not work when we initially arrived. Was resolved eventually though. No open lounge area available for visiting with others.
The room was clean. Staff were friendly and responsive. Jitters, the attached coffee shop was nice
We had a wonderful 2-night stay at AC Hotel by Marriott Burlington. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The lounge area is beautiful and a great place to enjoy breakfast, light bites, or a drink. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return!
The hotel is still quite new, so everything is in great shape (although our sink drain was dripping, maintenance fixed it promptly). Comfortable beds, nice breakfast options for a reasonable price, good fitness room. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The staff was great especially Jim who was the valet and met us at 11:30 PM. He had a luggage cart for us and watched the car until I returned to take it to the rental company. The room was clean, breakfast was great. I have stayed at other AC hotels and all have been wonderful.
We had an wonderful stay at the AC hotel in Burlington. This hotel is relatively new and is in a wonderful location. The AC is about 2 blocks from Church street and also a short walk to Lake Champlain. We really enjoyed the on-site café Jitters. This became our favorite coffeehouse in burlington over our week stay. There was minimal interaction with hotel staff as the lobby is on the second floor which was a little different. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay and I highly recommend the balcony rooms.

The hotel was brand new so it was spotless. Still smelled like construction VOCs and it was great.
Perfectly fine. Staff was friendly. A couple of minor nits. Faucet in bathroom was loose (still worked) and I noticed the hallway outside room was not vacuumed during our stay (same detritus on the carpet). But otherwise all good.
The room was clean. Staff was nice. A little upset that we paid extra for a lake view to have big buildings in the way of the lake view... Close by things downtown/ within walking distance.

In an area that sseemed safe enough to walk around
In general, the rooms were decently appointed and have what you would expect from Marriott, minus a microwave (there’s clearly a space where one was intended to go). The staff were friendly and helpful.
For a Marriott-run hotel though, it just felt as though something were missing. Can’t quite put my finger on it. In general, and especially for any UVM parents, the hotels in downtown Burlington are six of one half a dozen of the other. We’ve stayed at the Hotel Champlain, Hilton Garden Inn, Courtyard Marriott, and Hotel Vermont, and there is little to separate them from each other, except for loyalty programs and cost. Personally, I find mandatory valet annoying, especially when you may be in and out several times a day. Fortunately there are several public lots with park mobile available, essentially giving you and-and-out parking when you want it. So maybe the rooms will be a bit bigger at Hotel Vermont, and maybe your best bet for a bit of a water view is at Hotel Champlain, and you can nuke frozen burritos in your room at the Hilton, does any of it really matter? Probably not. These are all largely fungible experiences, all within easy walking distance of Church St and downtown. If you want a different experience go to Blind Tiger.

The staff was fabulous and courteous. Room was lovely, except we experienced problems with the TV and when we ran out of Kleenex and I asked for more, the request was not fulfilled. With that said, I would return for another stay.
The room was large but the space was disproportionate. Huge empty hall when entering, no where to put you things, very large bathroom “area” with ZERO privacy and a small shower. No wall separated the bathroom area from the bedroom area, the lighting was also interconnected so no turning on the lights in the bath without waking up your partner. At the bed, only one side of the bed had a nightstand, a light, and all of the outlets. We used our own extension cords and an upside down trash can for a nightstand on the other. The room was boiling hot unless we turned the heat off. I think the room would be fine for a single traveler but not to share.
The hotel is in a great location, the building was nice and clean and the staff was very warm and welcoming, food and drinks were good, and there is a great cafe on the first level. I would not stay there again solely based on the room design.
Room was clean but they don’t offer daily service. We had to ask for it and they complied. Breakfast buffet was ok.
However, the staff was very friendly and nice.

I was hoping for the hotels be much more of a boutique experience instead, it was very cold feeling and almost like you were staying in the office building
