"The property need some work in the rooms doors need paint the bathroom has mold in some parts the chair in the vanity area was broken and had stain. "

"The place was good for a day or 2 but not for more then that only because we stayed 6 days and we were denied change of clean towels and bed sheets told it wasn’t allowed that it’s per the whole trip, we even had to buy our own toilet paper at one point and garbage bags because we were only given 3 we were a group of 6 people. Pool was nice and the area was clean. We also didn’t have a broom, mop to clean. It’s nice for a max of 3 days."

"Friendly staff who were very helpful and available 24/7. The place is brand new and they are still ironing things out with respect to all the rooms, but plenty of parking, AC works well. Getting into the parking lot is funky (you enter on the corner of an intersection) and would be nice to have a small mini fridge in rooms. Wi Fi solid. Water takes a bit to heat up, but gets there. Would stay again. "

"Great place for a beach vacation. You have your own kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, and get plenty of towels. Chairs and umbrellas are available at the beach. Wonderful staff and wonderful facility. Would recommend to rent a car."

"Amazing location near everything you can think of there’s a plaza next door where you can go shopping, a restaurant at every corner and a casino literally 10 feet away. Very family friendly I took my kids and they loved the pool the breakfast although not a big selection had all the essentials and more importantly it was very Safe that was a plus for me. Can’t wait to stay again next year "

"This Inn has a great location and good staff, breakfast included is good. Rooms need to be remodeled and cleaned more carefully. You can hear people’s conversations and everything that happens in neighbors rooms. The pool area is ok, but there are many cats wandering around the area. The place has potential, but needs more care."

"This retreat is an absolute paradise and oasis that makes the stresses of day to day life melt away! It felt both meditative and romantic. It is easily my favorite hotel I have ever stayed. I wish we had stayed longer. Every part of it was clean and in great condition. The staff were warm and welcoming. You can tell that every detail has been designed with much thought and care. The setting is gorgeous. You are surrounded by mountains, fresh air, waterfalls, and the sounds of birds and frogs. The pool is picturesque and peaceful with the backdrop of mountains in the background. The room was the perfect balance of simple yet luxurious. The shower and porch were amazing. The food also went above and beyond our expectations. The dinner was fresh with good-sized portions and beautiful presentation. It was our favorite meal of our whole trip. We especially loved the mofongo and the steak special. The breakfast was also divine! It included fresh/homemade yogurt, granola, fruit, croissants, jam, nut butter, and juice. I would recommend the waterfall hike and ceiba trail hike. Definitely follow the hotel’s driving instructions. We did not and the drive up was not for the faint of heart - it was basically all unpaved roads, hairpin turns, and potholes. We used the hotel’s instructions on the way back down the mountain and it was a breeze! I hope to return and take advantage of the yoga and spa services next time!"

"Yes it was cool in room and easy parking. This is a very nice motel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Bring your own toiletries and hand rowels. Walls are super thin and there is a basic bedroom door lock on room doors. Facility was safe and there is a security lock on exterior main door. "
