"Could not have asked for much more with this property. The unit was beautiful, well taken care of, and easy to access (though a map somewhere would have been helpful). The shared, but spacious patio was a great benefit, as was the common area with well stocked kitchen and lounge area. The location was also great - road traffic was minimal so it felt secluded and natural, while being literally 2 minutes from the center of Oak Creek. Would/will definitely stay again!"

"The property management company is terrible. They send me a rental agreement to sign 3 times. It was the exact same rental agreement. They quoted me 3 different pet fees but charged me a completely different price than the first 3 prices they emailed me. They require a damage deposit through SuperHog which is not stated in the listing and that was twice the price I paid for a short 2 night stay. Then they kept saying they sent me check-in instructions even though they hadn’t. All my grievances...

"We absolutely loved this place! It was clean and comfortable. The hot tub and pool were awesome, and it was close to several hiking trails. It even has a tennis court. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Sedona."

"I felt the marketing was misleading. It was unclear that there were shared areas. You are only paying for a bedroom with barroom. Some of the rooms don’t have a patio. The kitchen and dining are shared. The bed was too hard for us and the pillows were uncomfortable. That being said the room was lovely, bathroom was gorgeous and the location is great. It was peaceful and quiet. Shower was super hot which was nice. You need to replace the hairdryer.. it didn’t get hot and it took so long to dry...

"The property was clean and the community was quiet and had a beautiful view. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a meal. We had challenges getting the TV to work, it appears the remote needed new batteries. My biggest complaint is the requirements for guests to strip beds, load and run the dishwasher and take the garbage to the dumpster before checking out at the ridiculously early time of 10am.
