「This was our 3rd time staying there and OUR LAST. It was the worst experience we and our racing families had. Between us all, we rented 8 rooms. A/C units weren't working well and the noise from them kept us up all night. When I brought it up to the front desk, I was told there was nothing that they could do us. The hot tub, which we have always enjoyed after a long day was anything but hot. It was tepid at best and with A/C running full blast in the lobby and pool area, you couldn't warm...

「This hotel is overpriced but a very nice property, especially for families with children. A nice lobby with games, a small pool and lots of nibbles to purchase. I will add a couple photos of the excellent small additions that would appeal to families. Our problems were that the breakfast was very mediocre (similar to other hotels in the mid-price bracket), the AC was very noisy, the refrigerator wasn't cool, and the hotel was hard to reach...we could see it but the roads didn't connect and...

「We were out for 1 day and needed a clean comfortable room. The bed was huge and me and my wife slept like babies. The TV was also awesome as we had a wide selection of shows and channels to watch as we settled in. Kim was very sweet and got us checked in and in our room, super-fast. I would certainly go back.」

「The hotel has charm and a lovely entrance, but our experience as quite negative. We had ordered a K room and were given one on the second floor … but the elevator won’t stop at two! So we climb up the stairs - no sweat - and found our room to be .. lacking. Water seeped out from underneath the toilet when you flushed it, the room was dirty and dingy. The said they’d see about moving us … they could, but they did not have another K room. Okkkk … so we get a new Q rm - worse than the first. Dirty....

「It appears the facility is under new management or ownership, because the quality of the rooms and hallways are getting run down. Cleanliness is also down from where it used to be. This used to be a preferred location for my trips to the area, but now it will not be my first choice.」

「The water pressure is nonexistent. The sink water somehow flows backwards. The King bed is actually a queen. The rooms were a little dirty. Mainly some drink splash on the ac unit and dried “sea-men” on the seat next to the bed. There is no breakfast, just coffee. Also the AC unit shuts off every 5 minutes. It won’t let the room get colder than 77 degrees There is plenty of parking, the room does have a mini fridge, microwave, small tv, telephone, as well as providing 3 pillows, towels, soap,...
