"Check-in was easy; the lobby felt safe/secure; the staff was friendly and provided free water bottles. My only complaint is that we did not get to enjoy the pool, but at the same time I appreciate it was closed for cleaning, to ultimately benefit the health and safety of the guests. No pool is better than an unclean pool! "

Morehead doesn't have a great selection of restaurants, but you should be able to find something to please your family. The area is beautiful and I appreciate it being smaller and a little more rural.

Great availability of nice restaurants. Was only an overnight stop on a longer trip, but the area was very nice.
"This place was perfect for our stay to explore Carter caves state park! We were looking for something close and convenient to hit the trails and this place was it! You stay in the center of all the trails so we were able to very easily access all of them! Staff was wonderful, very kind and helpful. The rooms were very pleasant to stay in as well. I will for sure be coming back in the future 👍"
