It was an okay place. Staff was friendly and it was basically clean. Issues were: the elevator was out of order the 3 days we were there and the side entry door which was suppose to be locked with room card access was never locked which is a security issue for me.

Great breakfast! Hotel was very quiet even though it was close to the interstate. Right next to a Cracker Barrel too! Loved the pool! The receptionist called our room as soon as we got there and asked us if everything was good with the room- very impressed with her (Felicia) and the morning receptionist was equally as wonderful (didn’t get her name)

There was a slight odor of marijuana all on the 2nd floor -which was a little disappointing-but we ran the fan continuously and that took care of it for the most part. Wonder why the pool couldn’t be open a little earlier in the morning? Breakfast was great! Quiet room! Beautiful setting, easy access from interstate.

Parking was easy. Check in was easy. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Very quiet. Breakfast was nice, enough to get your day started well. Elevator was fast getting to our floor. Hallway could definitely use some new flooring. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

We were placed on the third floor and it stunk lile a dead body had been discovered in a matress. The carpet in our room was pulling up in places andy daughter caught her toe under it and cut her toe. The TV didn't work and the fridge was hot inside it. We couldn't connect to the WiFi the first night and the staff couldn't figure it out either. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. When we got back to our room after our first day out hiking our keys wouldn't work. They ended up moving us to the second floor. That was much better but then when we were ready to check out the elevator was out of order so we had to drag our heavy suitcases down the stairs. Thank God we had been moves off the third floor.

Our rooms deadbolt in 301 did not work. We had the front desk person come up and try it and she was nice but assured us that no one was going to try to come in there. Then the ac/heating unit in the room didn’t work. We were so hot all night and it didn’t help that the couple across the hall from us got into a huge fight. They were yelling at each other for hours. That is not the hotels fault though. It was clean, adequate towels and washcloths. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly. They did offer us to move rooms but the only other room available was a king room with one bed. There were three of us so we chose to stay in the unlocked room.
