「Just amazing. 400 m from the Violetts Gondola and they still offer a shuttle to the lifts. The staff are incredible. A beautiful welcome, smiles and genuine hospitality. The breakfast is sensational and dining first class. The views from the room takes your breath away and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. This is a gem and massively added to the enjoyment of our trip. Thank you to all. 」

「從火車站往市中心一直走8-10分鐘就到達，市中心很多食店，酒店大堂和房間的裝修和設備有點舊,像70年代，訂了兩個房間但其中一個厠所有點臭味，但以價格來說value for money，尤其和鄰近地區比較(Andermatt, Visp)」

「Major disappointment: a mandatory 16 Francs charge for valet parking - not mentioned in the hotel description. Not good.」

「All v good , 1 minute walk out from train station , next to 511 bus stop to Saas fee too...so convenient and can catch last minute for the bus ride...」

「Great property, nice and clean, comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was good, yoghurts, breads from the local bakery, cold meats, cheese and bacon and eggs plus other cereals etc. Shower was good, although the hot water cut out once for a few moments which wasn’t great. The pool and spa were great, a lot of features and nice and clean. Dinner is a set menu on Friday and Saturday only. Overall a great hotel.」

「飯店離策馬特火車站有一段距離，如果有行李務必要搭乘計程車。但飯店的位置離馬特洪峰又更近，很適合想要一早追日出的人，並且飯店早餐很棒，我還會想要再住一次。」
