"The Wash Machine （Dry function）was stopped every 3 to 5 mins, because of the power limitation. (Power distribution breaker was on every 3 to 5 minitues) . we have to pack those wet clothes into our cuitcase to our next visit place"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Leonardo Tower Bridge. Our room was perfect inside with a roomy bath/shower room. Everything was very clean and nice extras. Only issue was lack of daylight as room looked into a corridor and wall. Spa had a few maintenance issues with showers not working properly and pool a bit dirty but still lovely to have a morning swim. Great location for getting to tube at Tower Hill or just walking to Tower Bridge and mooching down either side of the river to all the bars and restaurants. Staff were really helpful; we just missed the detail that you could buy crisps and snacks at the reception. We asked for crisps at the bar after 10pm and were told the kitchen was closed but the chef would do a special request. We could have just been pointed in the direction of the reception. Overall we would happily stay here again and recommend it."

"I stayed here last year with my daughter. We had such a wonderful stay we booked again. Everything is 5* just one tiny improvement would be the temperature of the pool was a little colder than previously. Such a tiny complaint its not really even a complaint! Will be back next year!"

"What a beautiful hotel - the building is unlike any other hotel I have ever been in. I felt like a princess walking through the lobby and the corridors. The beds were just fine - not super comfortable but the linens and the room decor was lovely."
