"We had the best experience booking our stay here :) our balcony had a clear view of the pyramids and we got everything we ever asked for within 30 minutes; there are many frustrating parts of Egypt but thankfully we had the staff of this hotel to help us every step of the way, they were honest and kind and we felt so lucky for staying here over another place. "The room had a beautiful view of the pyramids. It was clean. The staff were welcoming and provided me a birthday cake, in which unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to eat it because we arrived so late and were there for a short time and had a lot to do. The staff was so accommodating and served breakfast at the time we requested each morning. They also offered to transport us to different places and offered excursions. We will stay again. "
