Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfreich es hat uns alle unsere Fragen beantwortet und jegliche Sorgen genommen. Es lag sehr zentral an den Pyramiden und es hatte eine schöne Tarasse wo man die Pyramiden perfekt sehen konnte. Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich man kann ihnen jeglichen Fragen zum Tourismus in Ägypten stellen. Für den Preis war es sehr schön!

Great location directly across from entrance to Giza Plateau. No elevator, and stairs are steep. Staff helpful, loved the chef!, and they helped us get a pyramid guide (though miscommunication had him arriving 90 minutes late). Breakfast simple but yummy, and the view from the terrace can not be beat.

Nice roomy bedroom with a balcony to watch the traffic below busy with horse drawn carts, camels on the way to start work in the morning and a perfect view of the pyramids and The Sphinx. Even the Sound and light show could be watched. (poorly due to distance but still!). This is not a 5*, basic food and drinks on the roof. Most staff spoke English, so that is calming in the noisy sounds of Giza.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Chambre de belle grandeur avec plusieurs commodités: penderie, réfrigérateur, air climatisé, prises multiples. La chambre, ne donnant pas sur la rue, était calme. Déjeuner copieux. Terrasse avec vue imprenable sur les pyramides. Personnel attentionné et tellement gentil que ça en est triste de quitter l'hôtel. À quelques centaines de mètres de l'entrée est du site de Gizeh, de restaurants, d'une banque et de boutiques.

I hope the owner of this property understands how fortunate he or she is to have a staff who is so kind and respectful to it's guest. From the time we landed, the hotel driver was waiting for us, the appreciation the staff showed to have us as guest, to our last departure we really felt like we were staying with family. We flew for one day to Luxor at 3am and waiting for us was a breakfast that was prepared for us to have on the way to airport. WHO DOES THAT? ONLY PYRAMID VIEW B&B THATS WHO!!! Our last night was spent at the Waldorf Astoria in Cairo and it still had nothing on the staff and customer service this property delivered.

La habitación era demasiado pequeña, no podía abrir mi maleta en ningún lado más que arriba de la cama, la limpieza dejó mucho que desear La sábana de la cama tenía una mancha El espejo del baño también estaba sucio Las toallas se veían sucias Se me pasó tomar fotos La verdad en las fotos se ve un poco más grande o no sé si nos tocó la mala suerte de que nos tocara el peor cuarto La vista del cuarto era asombrosa a las pirámides Pero fuera de eso no se lo recomendaría a nadie El personal muy atento

One of the best experiences I had. Walking distance to pyramid park, the food they served for dinner is amazing, and they gave me the best treatment before I left and during stay. Super friendly, helpful, kind, and accommodating. I will stay here again

Amazing Stay with a Stunning View of the Pyramids! I found this hotel while searching for a place with a close-up view of the pyramids, and it did not disappoint! The room was a bit old, but very clean and well maintained. What really made my stay special was the staff. Kamal (working on the terrace) and Samy at the front desk were both incredibly kind and gave me great advice about staying safe, especially as a solo female traveler. Their kindness really made me feel at ease. Other staff members were also friendly and professional. I also appreciated the free airport pickup — they responded right away when I contacted them in advance to confirm, and it was truly free. As a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe and comfortable as soon as I entered the hotel. Staying here really made my trip to Egypt unforgettable. Highly recommend!

I wanna say by far the best place I have stayed at, the staff is really helpful and welcoming, I wanna highlight that the lady at the front desk in the morning, she's very helpful and always treat you with kindness, also Kamal he's very helpful and always kind, always trying to help, he's a great guy. The guide that we had the first day I think he's name is Mohamed he was great, showed us a lot of places in the small time that we had since I had booked it last minute, but he was great, also I forgot his name but the second guide that we had when we booked a horse carriage ride, he was amazing, he would take us the really nice areas and when we decided to buy stuff he did not let the venders take advantage of us, he would have them lower the prices and even give us a gift at the end he even invited us to go eat in his house with his family, he was truly a great guide, the hotel has all the packages that you can buy in the front desk and the staff is very helpful!!! Great I would definitely recommend it and I would definitely revisit and stay in the place because the staff is amazing and they got great views from the rooftop!!!

Located very close to the pyramid with an amazing view of the pyramid from the roof top every morning as I had breakfast. The room was small but comfortable. The staff services were excellent . Breakfast choice were exceptional .

エジプト一人旅にて利用した日本人です。立地はピラミッドエリアエントランスまで徒歩30秒程度でギザ滞在では圧倒的に抜群です。部屋に関しては概ね清潔であり、シャワーもしっかりお湯が出るため不快に思う事はありませんでした。強いて言うのであれば、部屋には歯ブラシやスリッパはありませんので準備しておいた方がいいです。屋上テラスからはピラミッドが一望でき、朝食会場となっているため素敵な体験となると思います。空港送迎サービスは往路は2泊以上で無料、復路は25ドルとなっています。往路カイロ空港到着後ターミナルより出ると名前を書いた紙を掲げてドライバーが待ってくれています。私が宿泊した際はワゴン車に6人で相乗りでしたが、全員日本人でした。復路はホテルが読んでくれたタクシーが待っていてくれます。車は車内外共に清潔で運転も穏やかで、到着後チップ等を要求されることもなく快適でした。カイロ空港往復のタクシー及びUber利用はトラブルも多いため、トラブル回避のためにもこちらの送迎はぜひ利用していただきたいです。また、このホテルのよい点はとにかくスタッフがフレンドリーかつ親切な事です。渡航前に質問DMをすると即返信をくださり、圧倒的な安心感がありました。このホテルのおかげでエジプト滞在が楽しく快適に終わったと言っても過言ではありません。次回もエジプトに行った際はぜひこちらに宿泊したいと強く思います。
