5/5 - Excellent
Take it in stride and absorb the city and its people into your heart. You may be surprised how easily this can happen since by and far these are some of the most friendly and generous people I've met in many years of travel.

This is a solid choice with a lot going on. Views are fantastic. The Nile visible depending on your room. Service was great. Food equally so. The only reason it doesn’t get five stars from me is it’s a big and busy place. You can get lost in the shuffle on service depending I think, not enough to ...

We had some at the front desk when we first arrived that could have been avoided but after the issue was fixed, our stay was very nice. The room and bathroom was clean but the jet tub was clearly dirty. The views were great but the traffic noise could be a lot if you’re not used to it.

My clean room has every modern convenience I look for in a hotel room. The bathroom is modern and everything works very well. The daily free breakfast is one of the best I've had and really adds to the amazing value of this hotel.

Fue bueno en general, el personal muy amable y atento, el desayuno muy tarde y repetitivo, lo malo es el olor a tabaco en todos lados, pasillos y habitaciones, pero estuvo bastante bueno para el precio pagado.

The people of the city are some of the kindest people around. Such a great place! They say NYC is the city that never sleeps. Well, they've never been to Giza/Cairo!
I love Egypt. But this hotel I do not love because they had poor customer service in giving us the room we paid for
Our tour guide, Adam, was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend him when you visit Egypt.
The pyramids were amazing
I have shared photos and others will come and experience the hotel, tour company and the experience.
