「首先值得一提是hotel.com的客服是非常幫得上忙，因為我要預訂酒店的機場接送，他們可以幫我直接聯絡到酒店的負責人取得WhatsApp ，使我可以直接跟他們聯絡上，可以預訂得到機場接送。雖然最後機場接送方面有點小插曲，但最後亦都能成功往返。 酒店方面員工親切，特別是酒店的負責人都非常盡責，在這裏需要特別表揚，謝謝你送給我的甜品及早餐，很貼心的服務。 住宿方面算是舒適，大堂華麗，只是房間有點舊（是可以接受的），但整體都很整潔，服務員都非常有禮貌和殷勤，在頂樓的泳池很乾淨，泳池的服務員也足夠，不停會為客人服務，整體值9.5分。 酒店的四周圍環境好像正在開發中，晚上街道都很熱鬧，感覺安全」

「This hotel is a hidden gem. Located at the 6th floor of a building. It has a great view of the pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum straight from your bathtub or balcony. The staf is exeptional friendly, very professional and make you feel at home and safe. The airport pickup service is great! They also offer a variety of excursions which can be done if you wish. Thank you for the great hospitality! If we return to Cairo some day, they will see us again in this hotel for sure!」

「Great Hotel with amazing customer service. The rooms are really nice and the one with a balcony has a great view of the pyramids. The breakfast is on the rooftop with indoor and outdoor options with an amazing view of the Pyramids. Staff are very attentive and will help you with whatever you need. For a small fee, they will schedule a ride from the airport to the hotel and back to the airport. 」
