Excellent service and all the staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. A little disapointed with outdoor pool as it's only for decorative purposes not allowed to use. Indoor pool is nice but very small.

Very nice hotel, clean and reception lady very gentle. Complimentary breakfast was good, not many choices, but sufficient! Water provided every day! Beautiful roof terrace with pyramids view and delicious food and drinks. We also enjoyed the pool! Great location, minutes away by car to the main entrance, the Great Gate, to the Pyramids. We had a misunderstanding with the taxi booked in advance with the hotel and had to pay $45 USD even though the service was not provided. By the way, Uber works very well in Cairo and Giza and not expensive. I do recommend the hotel and we had a nice family suite for 2 adults and 2 teenagers.

Le personnel est très bien. Un peu de bruit la nuit (le réceptionniste de nuit parle très fort). La piscine affiché sur les photos n'est là que pour le décors. Il faut aller dans une autre piscine où pas un rayon du soleil (pour bronzer, il faut aller sur l'avenue). A notre arrivée à l'aéroport le premier jour, personne pour nous emmener à l'hôtel,une heure et demi on a payé 25€ pour un taxi ,de notre poche, réclamation à l'accueil de l'hôtel, réponse : il y'avait quelq'un qui était là, où ?????

Bel hôtel dans un beau complexe, bel accueil, personnel sympathique. La vue de la terrasse sur le toit était magnifique et la nourriture dans le complexe était très bonne.

Nice stay at the Jasmine Pyramids Hotel. The staff is so welcoming and helpful and Ahmed has been nothing but wonderful to us. However, the breakfast was not good at all : the selection is different everyday, sometimes with very little options, most of the pastries and cereals were stale and the cooked options were way too salted. The room was ok and well cleaned when we asked for it but water was leaking from the shower all over the bathroom. Overall we had a wonderful stay and we really do recommend this hotel but stay away from the breakfast and please go enjoy the view from the rooftop which is absolutely breathtaking. Thank you again to all the wonderful staff.

Those not familiar with Egypt might be nervous based on the appearance of the area. Also expect like many countries that rely on tourists they will always try to raise the price or up sell you. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, would not say anything negative. Just know what you are getting. If you can get a ride to the airport for $8 they are going to tell you it’s $30. But overall the hotel is very clean, everyone is very nice and it’s walking distance to the pyramids.

The property is well maintained and lovely from the moment you enter the premises. Has a Bar fridge, pool, water bottles in the room daily, roof top restaurant that has stunning views of the pyramids. if you wish to have alcohol beverages, you will have to purchase it outside the premises and they allow you to take it to the restaurant. Breakfast was most days lovely and offered omelettes. The staff at the resort go out of their way to make you feel welcome and can provide great places to shop. Special thanks to Mustafa and Shams for being such great ambassadors for Egypt and the hotel. We did the dinner Nile cruise and Giza tour with the hotel which was great. The front desk staff were all very well versed in providing. great customer service. Thoroughly recommend.

Great hotel, staff very friendly and very nice rooms. Clean, spacy, climatized, well-equipped. The location is great. Especially, with a kind of chaotic flight delay, I had to postpone my pickup from the airport to around after midnight and exchange messages with jasmine hotel during which the staff was constantly very reassuring, friendly, professional and helpful. Staffs are very kind. I was suffered by mosquitos in the bed room. Roads outside the hotel were not clean and not covenient to move around. There was a nice pool inside the hotel. I wish I brought a swimming outfit.

The staff accommodates your every need during your stay in Egypt.. Abado, arranged all my sight seeing trips. Jana my translator over the phone when ever I needed her. Ahmed who teaches me Arabic words😊 very friendly and kind. And their staff was always making sure the place was clean and smelling good. Their drivers were respectful and knowledgeable.

Every interaction with the team throughout our stay was professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. The rooms was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was little hard to find at 1st. Rooms and whole hotel was kept very clean. Bed were not comfortable at all lol.Most of the staff was very friendly and helpfully. Other then two staff that were outwardly giving my wife not very nice looks when they didn't think I was looking. Breakfast is very limited selection but was good. The main problem was the fact that they segregated foreigners and locals. We came to egypt to vist a very good friend that is a Egyptian native and he was not allowed to come visit/drop off/pick up us at our room or even in the hotel lobby. When we asked them why they told us "It was for our safety" even after informing them that this is a good friend and not some random person off the street. So they were basically telling us that it was not safe for us to be around our friend we have know for long time or other natives. What is completely bull crap. It was like they want to keep foreigners away but still want them to spend money there. My wife have visited Egypt many time and this is the 1st time being treated like that. Complete opposite from the beautiful place we stayed in for couple days when we went to the Mediterranean Sea this trip. Overall if you are looking for a place to sleep, it is clean good food.
