I love the fact that I could see the pyramids from the the top floor where they serve free breakfast. The room was cold, but I guess it was because I came in March. So everything was great except for one staff member who was very nasty to me because I couldn’t understand her accent so I stayed far from her.

This was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Everything was exceptional—from the elegant design and spotless rooms to the outstanding service. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. Every detail reflected quality and care. The atmosphere was peaceful, the facilities were excellent, and the entire hotel was impeccably clean. You can really tell that guest satisfaction is their top priority. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and stress-free stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so special. I can’t wait to come back!

The check in experience was nice the front desk Ali was great and very welcoming, he was the only good thing in this whole place. The room was not what i booked for, had to connect two small beds to get the queen bed experience with all the terruble uncomfortable way to sleep. Pillows was awful, the 2nd night there i get a call from the front desk asking for my wife ID in a cheap way and asking for 25 usd for each night as my booking was for a single person although my booking was for 2 and already a night has passed. Trashy experience and certainly i dont recommend to anyone it has nothing to do with a 5 stars hotel except the name.
