「Check in was super easy and fast. All the staff were great and freindly. We had 1 cottage and 1 villa. Both had enough room for everyone. Cottage was elite with pool and hot tub. Super convenient to parks and restaurants. Public pools were wonderful and warm. Loved the staff that came to the pool with drinks. Provisions had great coffee options. 「We stayed in this hotel for three days, we are all very satisfied, the room was large and spacious, I love the full size kitchen .and the hotel was clean and quiet. We all get a good night's sleep. The hotel is surrounded by outlet malls and supermarkets . Universal Studios, Disney and the airport are all within a 20-minute drive. It's very convenient. 「No kettle provided which I think is important. I don’t understand why no show curtain. Toilet flooded every night after shower like a mess. Room service didn’t wash my dishes! Room is clean though.」
