「Everything was wonderful except for the lady that checked my family in. She didn't welcome us to the hotel and never cracked a smile. It took her way to long to confirmed my families 3 room. Then she stopped and helped someone else before she finished with us. Everyone us from the breakfast room and the houskeeping people were friendly and always had a smile. Our rooms were good and the bed and pillows were great.」

「It is a newer property and convenient to everything. Now to the problems. They shouldn't just have valet parking only, so inconvenient, thank God for a parking deck a block away. I was on the 4th floor for a week and the air was not working the entire time. I was promised someone was coming to look at it they never came. I was offered a different room on the last night of my stay. Umm who fixing to move all their stuff for a few hours. It was 80 degrees in the room a whole week」

「The facility was quiet, the staff was available. The room was not very clean and it smelled like mold. The continental breakfast was very limited and low on products. I would not visit this location in the future, it would have to be a very last resort. I would rather pay extra for a cleaner facility.」

「Our room floor was so dirty that our socks were black in the bottom and all we did was walk to and from bed to bathroom. The toilet stopped up and no one would come and help fix it. The shower head was pointed at the shower curtain and it flooded the bathroom floor. The head was loose if you tried to move it. When I cleaned up tile floor in bathroom the towels were black from the dirty floor.called and again no help and no extra towels.」

「Unusual area for the several hotels in the area - looked like an industrial park. But, that made surroundings quiet. Hotel parking was being repaved the day I left. Breakfast was OK. The staff was friendly and helpful. In fact, the elevator had been knocked out the morning I left. I was on the 32rd floor. I can maneuver stairs, but only 1 step at a time holding on to the rail. I tried seeing if I could show off and make it one suitcase on a step, then taking a step, suitcase on next step, me...
