「We immediately found bed bugs. The staff was nice about it bc we brought the bug to the office and they refunded us- but please beware」

「Hardly any staff help or interaction. Nobody at the front desk unless you call a phone number. Really dirty floor in the room. Soles of our feet turned black from walking barefoot. Bathroom floor wet for some reason so like black water. Unprofessional staff.」

「The historic look of this hotel, location to River and spacious room are some of the things I loved. Additionally the breakfast was delicious. Coffee and oatmilk creamer were appreciated! The room description was off - the junior suite indicated a queen bed, but it is actually a sofa bed. Also no restaurant on site. Overall the hotel was a great deal and I would stay again if in this area.」

「It was a step up from another hotel I tried to stay at. It’s not perfect but it’s comfortable enough to sleep. Staff was amazing and nice oh and love the fact they have a many snack rack in lobby so when I had a sugar craving I went at midnight to get one.」
