We had a pleasant stay at Super 8. The property is a little older, but it was nice enough for what we needed, and the price was well worth it. We arrived about three hours before the scheduled check-in time, and the staff was kind enough to let us check in early, which we really appreciated. The staff members were friendly, helpful, and always willing to make sure we had what we needed. Of course, this isn’t a high-end or luxury hotel, but if you’re looking for affordable accommodations with helpful staff, I would recommend giving Super 8 a try. Overall, it was a good value for the money!

My bedspread had holes. I killed a roach on the counter top. Wall needs repair where the doorknob has made a hole. Rust in the tub.

First of all, it’s very convenient to everything. It’s just very old and rundown. It needs a lot of updating but for the price I guess you get what you pay for I was there. I had two classes to attend at Northwestern so it was easy access to the class, I would probably not recommend this place or stay again because it had a musky , smoke smell and I always get a non-smoking room. The parking lot is a little sketchy at night , the staff was very nice but again it needs lots of upgrades. Michelle

It was a step up from another hotel I tried to stay at. It’s not perfect but it’s comfortable enough to sleep. Staff was amazing and nice oh and love the fact they have a many snack rack in lobby so when I had a sugar craving I went at midnight to get one.

The room was as pictured however I am 5'3 and the Beds are almost as tall as I am I had to jump up to lay down. I believe the ad mentioned Continental Breakfast but We didn't see it. It was a quiet and clean place to sleep and that was what We wanted

Front desk clerk was pleasant. Hallways had been remodeled and looked nice. Room was very old with many outlets not holding plugs due to being old and loose, a/c was fair with air filter filthy, sink would barely drain, doors - especially bathroom were peeling and looked water damaged. Entire room just looked old and drab. Breakfast was packaged muffins and granola bars. Would not stay here again, especially for the price.

I have been staying at your property over the years. I will not any longer. The rooms are outdated, no amenities, shower/tub faucet continues to run. The ceiling in the bathroom is a patchup. You've had the same bedding for years, carpet is old a d worn. No iron or ironing board etc. If you want steady business update or renovate your property bring it into the current century.
