「It's a nice place and the surroundings are peaceful and safe there. But there is only one staff at that day and all the service need to wait a little longer than expected. But the room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.」

I love that our room had a peek-a-boo view of the lake behind it. The only complaint we had was that we asked for a room “refresh” (not a full clean) while we went out for the day and when we came back, the rooms had not been refreshed at all. No trashes emptied or towels given, so I had to empty our trashes since there’s no maid on...

「The front desk staff and the restaurant staff, at The House, were wonderful! Our room was clean and had plenty of towels. There was a bit of wait for our key from valet after it was parked out front. However, that minor delay did not dampen the excellent experience we had during our one night stay.」
