「This was our second time staying here. The positives are still the food, the service, the hotel grounds, and the various activities and things to do around the area. However, there were a few negatives. Upon arrival, we were given a room that was not clean. It took reception two attempts to get it to an acceptable standard, and no one followed up afterwards to check if everything was okay. Furthermore, during check-out, no one asked us how our stay was. 「Tricky hotel ! I pay 170 euro to upgrade the room but the first night I stay the temperature like sauna ! The air conditioner doesn’t work and the secondary I fount the filters all dust ! More ridiculous is my friend visit me and no use extra towel and bed they charge me 130 euro more ! I feel like tricked There is more good quality and better hotel around with reasonable price !
