「The staff was awesome..the evening cookies was a treat. Very clean..breakfast was ok. Lost items during our stay with breakfast. Would stay here again if come back to Ottawa area.」

「Beautiful Victorian hotel in the heart of downtown. Great German bakery right across the street and an eclectic mix of shops, cafes and restaurants. Free parking onsite. Room was nice, mixing elements of old and new. Very friendly service, even at a very late arrival time.」

「Our suite was great for us. It was comfortable and well appointed. The weather was wet and rainy so we really enjoyed the gas fireplace. One suggestion would be to put a lamp in the sitting area. For people with "old eyes" it was hard to read printed material on the couch.」

「Totally wrong booking. We were searching and trying to make the booking of Jasper. How could it go through to this hotel? And there's no email address for us to contact...So sad experience.」

「The room (and house) was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There is shared access to a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and bathroom by 3 guest rooms. A very quiet house and neighbourhood. Wonderful place to stay at an unbeatable price.」

「We loved everything about our stay. Lots of attention to little details in restoring this comfortable, historical farmhouse into a great getaway retreat. Facilities for campers, glampers and 3 comfortable, cozy upstairs bedrooms. A great eclectic library (everything from Keith Richards to the original Winnie the Pooh collection!) And ...the "Dutch Baby" breakfast was a real highlight! Thanks!」
