It's very basic, so if you're just looking for a place to sleep, it fits the bill. The room was clean. The staff was amazing. Absolutely gorgeous location right on the Rideau Canal.

Older building, needs to be updated, but room was clean and we loved the balcony overlooking the Rideau Canal and Lock. Laundry mat, bowling alley, giant tiger, restaurants across parking lot.

Loved it, was probably the best motel I've ever been to. The staff is very friendly, and there is a very nice canal in the back. There is a bar in the lobby as well full of townies, and the rooms are nice. This is the place to stay if you're in the area.

Leaving out the age, the rooms are always clean, have comfortable beds, abundant hot water, and, Hassan, apologies if spelled wrong, is the most efficient, customer oriented and polite hotel staff for 100km at least. Always handles my simple issues instantly. I stay here for the caring staff more than anyqhere else.
