「Was pleasantly surprised - small, but nice hotel, good breakfast for the price.」

「Expectations were already low, but the general dinginess of the property didn’t help elevate the stay. No reason to think the towels and linens weren’t freshly laundered, but they just had a very used look to them. All the furnishings and furniture looked really outdated too.」

「Good place to stay」

「Upon arriving, we were told that Hotel.com had booked us a smoking room. I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"... We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and it's not because they were full, just because they got the information that we wanted a smoking room, while never providing any proof that was the what happened. After some negotiation, we were able...

「The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I would definitately stay again.」

「The facilities are outdated and the cleaning level is average.」

「It was in a very nice location. Rooms were very nice and clean. The staff was wonderful! My son got married yesterday and they accommodated us with an early check in to get settled in and a late checkout. Breakfast was excellent! I didn't want get get out of the shower this morning. Water was nice and hot and strong water pressure. I highly recommend this place. It was absolutely exceptional. Thank you for allowing a grrat night sleep on the most comfortable mattress ♡」

「I liked everything about this place except for the person who checked us in, she was rude and confrontational. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels and never been questioned as to my ID the way this woman did. I felt like I was being interrogated. She needs to have someone teach her the meaning of being in customer service.」

「Finding the hotel in downtown Pittsburgh was a bit overwhelming. The check-in is located on floor 25. However, the elevators worked quickly, the decor was old but lovely, the room was nice. The breakfast was astonishing with a chief preparing our eggs as ordered! A parking garage is within a half block of the hotel side-street door and it is cheaper than any other options.」

「Check in was easy, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and very easy to get in and out. I am a coffee drinker and couldn’t have been happier with the roast choices. Place was clean and perfectly located off the PA Turnpike. I would recommend this hotel and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.」
