"We stayed in the Junior Suite Spa Room, and it exceeded our expectations! The room was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing. The staff was wonderful—everyone was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. One of our favorite features was the café and the private beach. Having both right on the property was a huge plus and made everything so convenient. I’m also very particular about hotel air conditioning because I love a cold room when I sleep. I’m happy to say the A/C worked perfectly—it kept our room nice and cold the entire stay, which made a big difference. The walk to the pool is absolutely beautiful, with palm trees, a koi pond, and turtles along the way. It truly feels like you’ve discovered a hidden tropical oasis. Every part of the property is peaceful and relaxing. We had an amazing experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"Spotless room. Very comfortable bed. House keeping went to make the beds and gave new towels, every other day. Staffs from waitresses like Penelope and pool guy like christian, are wonderful people. Totally recommend this resort!! Made me want to leave Boston and live there haha"

"The staff was very professional, friendly, and efficient. The room was large and clean. Lots of choices of pools and activities. Be aware that everything costs something so the price you see on Expedia is way below the cost of the stay. For the cost of the stay, the value for price paid is way below what I expected for this resort. Charging for parking for the property is excessive knowing that it is exclusive for this property. It felt like an expensive MOTEL. While there are some terrific views, the room we choose based on online views was not we expected or thought we were getting. Overall, we were disappointed. I took my wife there for her 60th birthday, and in hindsight wish we had made a different choice. Food was meh and the drinks pricey, of, course, for the resort experience. No glassware in the room. For the price of the room, there should have been something more than dry powder creamer for the limited coffee service in the room - add some half and half creamers. We have stayed in much better resorts for less that offered more. I regret choosing this property and will not make the same mistake."
