「The hotel needs to take a look on its electrical appliances, the fridge was left unplugged, and when we tried, we found that the socket was broken and it was so dangerous! The hotel implements a "Quiet policy" within the hotel at night, sadly the hotel is located among several bars, casinos and restaurants, plus its poor sound proofing, it was very noisy at mid-night. In some of the days, the house keeping were not done when we expected to, or when we have asked to. 」

「This hotel is lovely! The staff were all so kind and treated us very well. There is free coffee and juice in the lobby which was a nice surprise. Beds are very spacious and the AC was a godsend in the August heat. The only thing that is tricky is that the Zaandam train station is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel, and the area is not very well lit. This is obviously not the hotel's fault and they keep the property very secure, but just as a note! Would still highly recommend - it is a great...

「My stay at ROOM 106 with its perfect pillows and bedding was delightful. The room had comfortable natural light and a beautiful river view. It's just a 5-minute walk to the nearest supermarket, with a safe and smooth path. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom featuring heated floors — essential during Amsterdam's winter. 「The best thing about this hotel is the free airport shuttle. A nice ride and time saving (also saved the 20 minute walk to the nearest station with luggage). Bike rental is available for €15 but not many number of bikes. The staff is friendly and nice. Air conditioning cost an extra €10, didn’t know. I don’t appreciate that. The tap water tastes strangely (my opinion). But can buy water from a nearby supermarket. The tv resolution is quite below standard in this century.」
