Excellent find, really cool and interesting hotel, big beatiful rooms. Only small issue is the location, does require a car to get there especially if you're with big luggage. The hotel itself is just bríllliant!

The hotel was in a great spot with fantastic water views but quite out of the way and far from the center. When we booked it came under 4 & 5 Stars but their staff said that it's only 3.5. There is no phone or a fridgne in the room and no comlpementary water but breakfast was very good. The staff were all excellent and did their best to accomodate us.

The staff were nice and the room was okay. If you need to be in the Houthavens area for a short visit it’s adequate. The biggest issue I had was the food. It was awful. Given how few dining options there are in the area, the hotel could go further if it improved its dining options. The staff could have been more knowledgeable about what dining options there were.

Having stayed at other Moxy hotels we had an idea of what to expect. This location is very comfortable to navigate. The rooms are in the Moxy-style focused on swanky efficiency. What was the selling point was the location in Houthavens with the harbor view. There is something very relaxing about watching cargo ships moving about and the water moving as you begin and end your day. The amenities and staff were very nice. The only thing future travelers should consider is their transportation method. This location is a bit of a walk from many transport options leaving you with: taxi or walking (unless you wish you rent a bike from the hotel). Once you've figured it out, you'll love your stay
