"The pool is not heated, the entire hotel property smells like mold and mildew, the Jacuzzi was so dirty and nasty that all the jets did was kick up the dirt that was embedded inside. The staff was not very welcoming by the way, she seemed very irritable. Also, the Property smelt like smoked cigarettes.. This property is used as a residential property people actually live here. I got an eye infection after being inside of the Jacuzzi. I will not ever stay here again!!!! "

"I stayed in a”accessible” room that was NOT safe!! The floorboards were warped and raised causing me to fall. The bathroom roll-in shower was not safe. The ENTIRE bathroom floor was puddled with the use of the shower. The toilet did not flush properly. The handicap railing was loose. The shower bench was not secure to the wall. THERE WERE ROACHES coming in from the huge gap under the doorway. WEATHER STRIPPING IS DEFINITELY NEEDED! This is the 4th Motel6 I’ve been to, in such poor condition. I should have reported my fall to the front desk. I’ll be seeing my doctor when I return home. I have a video to share, but it’s not allowed "
