"My wife and I had a really well experience at this hotel, the receptionist was very helpful and explained everything to us. The room was clean and the bed were confy. The bathroom was clean. Checkout was easy and simple no trouble at all. We experienced an earthquake during our stay but the staff was very professional about helping."

"Booked here twice now, and each times have been a pleasurable experience. Breakfast is always amazing with high quality food and theres a seven eleven that connects with the building on the basement floor that is perfect for late night snacks or food. The hotel is nearby a bus to and from the airport, and is 2 streets away from a train station. The rooms are amazing and great for staying. The bathrooms are exceptional. There are so many amazing parts of the bathroom like the amount of space, a shower room with a rooftop shower and a bath that has to be used if you stay here. The staff here are also very kind and was welcoming to my family."
