Room was small to manoeuvre and open large luggage. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is in a nice area within walking distance to restaurants and train station. Airport bus conveniently stops at the hotel.

Check in instructions were pretty clear. Contact the hotel ahead of time to deliver luggage via services like Yamato. The stay was pleasant as I enjoyed the area. Good experience. Annoying that even though our room was ready we had to sign up for the loyalty program to access it early.

It’s a bit off the beaten path for the big tourist spots, rather far from the Imperial Palace for example. But if you’re there on business, there are a lot of great restaurants and shops.
