「It’s a very comfortable stay. The room is clean, the bed and pillows are great, shower and toilet are great as well. Location is very good, just a few minutes walk to the Cathedral, and walkable distance / three tram stations to Strasbourg train station. 」

「Ribeauville is a wonderful small town in the Alsace region. The L'Hotel and Spa complimented our lovely stay in this beautiful town. The spa was a great bonus and perfectly clean. Just a short stroll from the hotel and many great restaurants that serve wonderful regional food. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and welcoming. 」

「Situé au coeur du vignoble cette hôtel présente un bon rapport qualité prix pour sa catégorie. La chambres et la salle de bain sont modernes, literie de bonne qualité, très calme. Vue sur un océan de vignes pour la notre, la plaine du Rhin et la Forêt Noire en arrière plan. Nous avons dîné à l’hôtel et le repas fut excellent. Le petit déjeuner est excellent lui aussi : produits très frais (mention spéciale pour le Kouglopf) Très bon accueil avec un personnel gentil et très souriant 」

「Good location, 10mins walk from train station. The hotel is inside a big shopping mall. Can go through the store. Breakfast is excellent! But the only problem is the hotel can not provide the invoice for the client if they booked from the webite」

「Perfect location, the Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Strasbourg is nearby, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops close by. Great service, with friendly and helpful staff. The room was comfortable, spacious, quiet, and clean. I would happily stay here again.」

「The hotel was perfectly fine for the price—no problems at all. The staff were wonderful, especially the very kind gentleman working on Monday morning. My only issue is the location; it’s pretty secluded, and getting to and from Europa-Park was inconvenient. The breakfast was nothing special but totally acceptable. Overall, a good stay for what you pay, but I’d personally prefer to stay somewhere closer to the park next time.」
