Bed comfy, courteous staff and super clean. There was a spray scent added to the room I didn't enjoy, like a plug-in or the like, too much for my nose, but everything else was fab!"

"This was a wonderful quick anniversary getaway. The entire staff at the Ritz made it so special. We did a couples massage at the spa and it was lovely and they also had a special anniversary gift for us. Once we got back from the spa the surprises kept coming, a bottle of champagne was sent to our room. This hotel really knows how to make a special occasion feel even more special. "
