"Breakfast was good, the entire staff was great"

"Our stay started out by being forced to have a 4 day lay in St Louis then being told that our room was accidental given to someone else because the clerk thought my name was a typo and it was obvious that the desk clerk had not verified the other person's ID or reservation details. So a manager was contacted and we were given their last available room. One shuttle driver was not very talkative and another was very nice and helpful when we needed it the most. 2 people in our group started coughing alot when in our room so we talked to the front desk. They didn't have another room so they transferred us next door to there sister hotel the Pear Tree Inn. This helped us and it was a nicer hotel. But hotels used the same shuttle service and had breakfasts. But the Pear Tree Inn had evening social hour with pocorn, pretzels, chips and salsa. Beer, wine, fountain pop machine available. Staff also nice and helpful."

"Staff could be friendly - the kick back left alot to desired, several times the nachos, cheese and toppings ran out and it took 10+ mins to refill. Soda machine was broken most of our stay. Bottom parking deck was closed and key cards wouldn't on top deck so you had to call for help which was another 5+ mins. There was no room service/cleaning the 3 days we were there. "

"I think it may have recently changed ownership. This property needs a lot of work, they try but seem to be lacking customer service skills. Room was clean and basic, on the third floor, after getting our belongings to our room we went for dinner. Came back and the elevator is broken. Today had to use the stairs to get our belongings back to our vehicle. I know this is our of their control but an offer of assistance would have gone a long way. "

"No staff for house keeping ,requested room to be cleaned never happened , no dry towels for 2 days for rooms ,no towel for pool ,one front desk worker during high volume weekend ,no tissue for one day , took 30 mins to check in ,no one ever answers the front desk phone i would like to request a refund an i did take video of the situation "

"My stay was really good, better than expected. The staff member that checked me in was great. The room was very clean with the exception of a little dust. My only issue with the room was the shower drain was very slow, so I had to stand in a water as if I was taking a sit down bath. Outside of that, stay was great. "
