「The rooms were clean but there were several people smoking right outside of the entrances. One of our rooms did not have a shower curtain upon arrival. I do have a question re: handicapped accessible rooms. The rooms were on the lower level- which was fine. BUT to get to the breakfast area room, you either walked up and around the outside of the building or climbed stairs. ALSO to use the shower, you had to be able to raise your leg at least 15 inches to clear the side of the tub. THEN TO STEP...

「Stayed here to attend an event nearby. The staff are extremely kind, especially the front desk folks. However, the 4th floor had consistent issues with water flow in the toilets before even using them. The room was clean but housekeeping is only offered after you check out so be aware you will need to ask the front desk if you need towels, etc.」

「I've stayed here before and my experience this time was terrible I will never book there again. The room had no air conditioning properly working, no TV working, the room was not properly cleaned. But because i stayed one night i assumed that why we were treated in that manner. Certain staff members were exceptionally Rude. Unprofessional behavior. 「While the staff were extremely friendly and nice, the hotel did not have a functioning swimming pool and we were told hadn’t had one for six months. That was a big disappointment. They also couldn’t explain how to connect to the WiFi. The hotel is basic. Given the lack of a pool I doubt I would stay there again.」

「It was a nice clean room. The sink is not in the bathroom, which I didn’t catch in the pictures, I just don’t prefer that set up. The people were very nice. The “road noise” other people mentioned wasn’t an issue for us although we were in the front of the motel. 」

「I like staying at smaller chains, but this one needed a lot of help. No sound proofing, we could hear all of the neighbors conversations. Bathrooms were older and could use a good scrubbing. With that said, I never felt unsafe in the hotel and it got the job done for sleeping and moving on」

「The property looks better online than it does in person. Staff will just stare you as a guest. Breakfast was okay. It consisted of two waffle makers, eggs, pork sausage, biscuits, and potatoes. All cooked in the microwave. My biggest complaint would be the lack of cleanliness. During my stay I watched the housekeeper walk around the facility with the same blue gloves he had on cleaning out the rooms.
