「The rooms were clean but there were several people smoking right outside of the entrances. One of our rooms did not have a shower curtain upon arrival. I do have a question re: handicapped accessible rooms. The rooms were on the lower level- which was fine. 「I am leaving a one star review because this property charges a nightly amenities fee that is a separate charge from the room rate. According to the staff on site, this amenities fee is for breakfast, the gym, etc. (we did not use any of these services) Expedia advertises the breakfast as free. 「I've stayed here before and my experience this time was terrible I will never book there again. The room had no air conditioning properly working, no TV working, the room was not properly cleaned. But because i stayed one night i assumed that why we were treated in that manner. Certain staff members were exceptionally Rude. Unprofessional behavior. 「Let’s start off by saying I’m a trucker and I have extremely low expectations. But this place is an absolute dump. Pillow, shower curtain, and towels all had stains on them. The floors hadn’t been swept in weeks let alone mopped in months. The baseboards looked like they had blood stains on them. The hallway carpets have clearly never been cleaned. 「The staff was extremely polite and welcoming. The property was fairly clean but is really showing wear. Carpets in elevators were badly stained and universal machine in workout room needed maintenance. Location was great as it is very close to highways. In the hotel's defense, it looks like they are in the process of some renovations. I hope they get those finished. I would use this hotel in the future if I were in town.」
