「Tom and Joe were at Reception and were amazingly welcoming! I had just come off the train from NYC and was a few hours early for check-in. They accomodated me right away and I was able to drop my bags off and head out to explore. The room was very clean and fresh, the beds comfy and the bathrooms well appointed. Joy, the nightime desk person was very friendly and helpful. The Inn is within walking distance of the middle of town.」

「The House of 1833 is a beautiful old home with an amazing collection of antiques. It is surrounded by old English style gardens. In late September we were a bit too early for fall colors. The owner is delightful and helpful and the food was wonderful! 」

「Everything about the room was excellent, including the hotel location. The only change I will make next time I book this hotel is to reserve an ADA room (for the comfort height toilet).」

「Loved everything about our stay from the easy check in to check out. We stayed in the Southwest room. The level of detail was above and beyond from soft Christmas music playing in our room when we entered, the stockings hanging on the fireplace to the candles and little matches around the jacuzzi. Breakfast was great. I can’t truly describe how every little thing was thought of and provided and we were able to truly relax. We will definitely be back. 」
