"Our room was spacious and comfortable. We loved the onsen after a long day of travel. The location was walkable to the train station. The best part though was the breakfast. Everything was so fresh and there was plenty of variety. They seemed to take care in the quality of food they served. It was worth the splurge to eat there. "

"The room was beautiful. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond the expectations. Specifically Mr. Iwasawa. I went to him with questions about possibly getting Hanshin Tigers tickets and since it was tough for foreigners to do online he ended up walking me to a store about 10 min away and helping me buy the tickets in person instead. Explaining everything I needed to know and patiently allowing me to choose everything I wanted. He was extremely helpful and patient. Very thankful for him as I had a great time at the game!"
