「Felt like a king and queen staying here! Amazing customer service, and amenities!」

「I enjoyed our stay. I was traveling alone with two kids for a last minute trip. Hotel felt safe. Room was clean and well appointed. All the staff we encountered was so kind. Everything we ended up needing was very close and convenient. The only reason I wouldn't book again is if we found another hotel with a better pool area and hot tub. 」

「The staff was amazing, but unfortunately that’s about the only good thing I can say. When pulling up to the hotel it just looks dingy and uninviting. The pullout beds had old, stained mattresses and someone else’s old oreos in between the platform and the mattress. The bathrooms weren’t very clean and the towels were stained. The breakfast was okay, nothing great. When choosing this hotel, the pictures of the hotel were deceiving and based on the reviews I read, and the photos, I expected more...

「We had a non-smoking room, and there was quite a bit of cigarette smoke smell present and wafting into our room. Several items in the room needed maintenance. 」

「The pool was so bad, the whole hotel smelled so bad of chlorine that they had the windows open. My son’s eyes were blood shot from the second we walked through the door. Not too add we arrived later at night(which they knew) and our room was not prepared appropriately. The window was left open so when we entered the room it was about 50/55 degrees. You know when you get off of a long road trip and the first thing you ca think is where is the nearest bathroom? Well me too, but just our luck I was...

「Bathroom fan was very, very noisy. Breakfast was simply carbs no protein at all to eat except cream cheese. No coffee in the room and it was not great in the main eating area. Sheets were stained but seemed clean. Value stay at its finest. 」

「At first we weren't comfortable with our room (it smelled kind of like smoking, even though the whole place is non smoking) but the staff was super courteous, and gave us a different room which was very nice.」

「Room was poor. No phone, no clock, floor dirty, cigarette burns on bathtub. Outlet for refrigerator and microwave didn't work. Had to plug in a different outlet. Reported to desk but no maintenance showed up. So much ice in parking lot by our door. Breakfast ended at 9 on Sunday. Could have been longer. 」
