「We have stayed at Dunvilla every summer for the past 4-5 years when we visit family with a nearby lake house. The hotel is always clean, the staff incredibly friendly and the overall atmosphere is relaxing and refreshing. It is a rural setting, just a few miles from Pelican Rapids and I look forward to our stay every year. A hot breakfast is included as part of the stay and they have an impressive casual dinner menu as well. I truly look forward to our visit each year. I highly recommend...

「The front desk smells like cigarette smoke. The room was basically an efficiency apartment. There was a DirecTV box but no channels. TV is Roku so you need subscriptions.」

「Loved this industrial-chic boutique hotel! I arrived late, but called the staff and they walked me through how to check in on my cell. I loved the industrial decor with exposed beams and concrete flooring. Even the fridge looked retro industrial. The decor and plush bath sheets gave it a luxury hotel vibe. The only thing missing was bottled water, but thankfully I had my own. Next time I am this way, I will stay longer and make time to explore the town.」

「Very friendly staff however the property was not maintained nor was the beach. Mold in the showers stayed 3 nights which we changed rooms down to lake side room and there were cigarette butts everywhere; around our patio... the breakfast was excellent.. very family oriented- they did not bring us towels daily we had to continuly and request for everything needed.」

「The ice machines were not working, they were froze up. Their was police or ice agents activity their. On line they said the breakfast was open at 6:00 am, but didn't open up until 7 am. Change it please. Take off the previous owners off the web, it was very confusing. Other wise the breakfast was good, the juice machine was not working and had trouble with the waffle machine. Get things fix please. Will not go their again because of all these problems, poor management.」

「Easy to drive to the lake, adequate breakfast to fuel the day. Our room said it would sleep 6 when I reserved. When we got there it was a king and foldout sofa. We were a party of 5. Requested a rollaway, but it never appeared. We put one of the kids on a pallet on the floor.」
