「cool historic property. Just know that your room is going to face a busy major Fargo street, regardless of which room you are assigned. The rooms have no sound proofing. (more on that later). Fargo is a major motorcycle city in the summer, so, traffic and loud bikes, until around sunset, are it seems almost constant. Back to the noise. Staying on the 2nd level, the first level with guest rooms, the sound of the occupant in the room above me was also quite irritating. Whoever had that room...

「We thought the cost didn’t reflect the amenities. The hotel hallways were very loud and disrupting. Kids running down halls. Walls seemed thin.」

「Very clean property, very nice and modern. And oh my the bed was something else. I actually pondered the idea of Wheeling the bed right outside the front door, to take it home.」

「It was an unexpected respite from the road. From decor to local shop partnerships in the first-floor space. Loved the bonus hangout space on the second floor. Would stay again without a doubt!」

「Property is under a renovation」

「Wasn’t too pleased. Was in town for the weekend and requested room to be cleaned 2 days in a row. Room was never cleaned all I got was an apology from front desk and no credit for future book. Asked to speak to manger and was told the manager would follow up.」

「The pictures didn't look like what we encountered. Door clothes hanger fell off twice. THw shower curtain rod was bent so shower curtain always slidmopen while taking a shower.」

「Rooms were fairly clean. Property overall is rundown and dirty. For a quick night thr room was ok.」

「Its a fairly clean establishment. The building is a little bit old but it is well maintained and clean. The pool was clean too. The breakfast was really good with a lot of options. Staff were nice and friendly as well. Definitely coming back there.」

「This place should be shut down. If I were Motel 6 I would take their franchise flag away! Filthy, no fire alarm in the room, burn holes on the duvet, mirror held up with electrical tape, tv didn't work, so much more to say, I stayed for 20 mins and went to the front desk a demanded a refund, which I still have not gotten. This place beeds to be inspected by the North Dakota department of health which, I will call next.」

「The staff behind the desk were friendly and helpful about the area. The room was clean and quiet. Coming into the lobby gave a warm outdoor vibe. Great place.」

「Room was clean but desperately in need of updating. Chairs and box springs were obviously worn and had holes. Coffee in the lobby was the worst I’ve ever tried to drink. Breakfast was worse than usual. Given all that, on the surface things looked clean and the staff was nice. We will NOT return.」

「The property was conveniently located for the purpose of our trip. The room was certainly spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was bright and very clean.」

「Staff was excellent. Didn’t like people off the street coming in to swim. We didn’t feel comfortable with some in the pool. Hot tube was excellent. I wouldn’t pit towels all over, keep on shelve. Didn’t know if someone was sitting there. Room was excellent.」

「We stayed in My Place Hotel too many times. Not only Fargo ND and Bismarck ND , Jamestown ND, Billings MT, Bozeman MT . Everytime was no problem and was great stay.」
