The beds are probably the most uncomfortable that we've ever slept on and super noisy when you turn over. Chiro appointments in our future. Also, HATE when designated smoking areas are right by the door. Means you have to walk through someone's smoke just to leave the building.

This location is okay. It's clean and quiet, etc. The room we stayed in seemed small, however, especially relative to the price we paid. I was surprised at how expensive it was - much higher than I thought it would be for what we got. For instance, no continental breakfast was offered. Nothing really stood out to us as above and beyond what other facilities in the FM area offer.

We had a room with a whirlpool. We didnt request it. We didn't use it. We would much rather have a couch, or someplace comfortable to sit. That's our complaint. Thank you.

When we first got there we got out in a room that I didn’t book! Then after awhile she called the room and said we could move to the room I had booked but originally she said it wasn’t ready and not cleaned but then when I came downstairs to get the new keys for the room she told me it was double booked and people who book through Expedia are the last people picked which I’ve never had an issue booking through Expedia. When we got to the room there was no trash bags in any of the garbage cans there was no toilet paper the shower and the job tub were very gross. So at that point we just cleaned it our selves and to top it off when I wanted to shower the shower and toilet barely worked! So the experience could have definitely been better!

I only stayed for one night as I am traveling across country for work, and this hotel was perfect for my needs. The room was clean, comfortable, and despite being on the first floor right next to the front desk it was also very quiet. I did have issues initially with my digital key being delivered, however, Josh at the front desk was lovely and able to alleviate my issues over the phone. He was polite, professional, and efficient, he deserves a raise despite the noise going on around him— he deserves a raise! I did peek in the fitness center as that is something I typically utilize when traveling, all of the machines looked in great shape, and there was even a Peloton or similar bike to be used. The area around the hotel also has several stores and a mall as well as many restaurants with several that are open late.
