I chose the property because I needed a cheap place to stay before my flight. This wasn’t worth half the rate. Basic cleanliness and safety amenities are lacking. The shower curtains and refrigerator had visible mildew. The bedspreads have cigarette burn marks. Door latch had been wrenched from its bracket and was hanging loosely from its hinges. Trash had been left in the closet. The entire building smells of cigarette smoke and mold. I am not a picky traveler - I regularly stay in budget motels - but this was a genuinely appalling experience. No staff availed when I checked out, and I didn’t watch to stay another second to wait and complain. Absolutely do not stay here if you have any sense of personal hygiene or concern for your safety.

We didn’t even go in. We pulled up and saw how unclean it even looked just from the outside and decided to drive the few hours back home instead. We weren’t expecting perfection, we knew it was cheap and we weren’t paying much. But we just couldn’t get ourselves to stay.

This place has the potential to be nice, but is a bit run down. The pool and several laundry machines are under maintenance. The deadbolt on my door didn’t work. Neither did the hot water in the shower. No protective covers on the mattresses and all the common areas smelled of weed.

I found everything about Studio 7 absolutely unacceptable.I checked in and checked out again 90 minutes later. The hotel was outdated, rundown and in extreme need of repair and remodeling. The repairs that were done were done by a handyman and not a professional. I would not let an animal spend the night in that hotel much less a human being. I returned to the airport and spent the night on a couch in the lobby before my flight out the next morning. I would like a full refund of my 50 sum dollars and change, but I know that is not going to happen even though I did purchase the insurance. I would not recomend this hotel to anyone.

At first we weren't comfortable with our room (it smelled kind of like smoking, even though the whole place is non smoking) but the staff was super courteous, and gave us a different room which was very nice.

No hot water for shower in morning before I left. Wiped with a cold wet washcloth. Desk person refused to help, Refused any reimbursement. Junked washer and dryer sitting in lobby. Semi with dump trailer taking most parking at front of hotel. Will not stay again. Do not recommend. Condition and stay did not match the reviews.

Left at 5am it was so gross. Grimey. Only used the bathroom once and no one at I was getting in the showe. Supposed to smoke free but someone was obviously smoking in there. Have to wash all the clothes in my suitcase. Walls paper thin. Pay the extra $15 and go to a chain. This was the grossest hotel I have ever been to.Parking fine.
