「The ac was was so loud we couldn't use it. The sheets were not clean on the bed... if they were clean then they were grossly stained. The bed was also hard and clanked with every movement you made. The desk chair was broke and wouldn't raise up to the desk at all. Ended up not even sleeping there. Only good thing there was the kind lady at the desk.」

Both rooms have dirty and soiled carpets; the bathtubs are dingy; one of the refrigerators was stained with some kind of liquid and one of them have roaches. I requested nonsmoking rooms but both rooms smelled like smoke and reeked of a bad odor. A horrible experience. 「No working ice machine. The room was not as pictured on the app. No tissues in the room. It was NOT a place that I felt comfortable and safe. No blankets. 」

「The rooms were very unique and large, including the bathroom. There is no microwave in the room, but there is one available on the second floor. They do have to have coffee machines in the rooms, but they do have a fancy coffee maker, which I couldn’t figure out it seems they’re missing some main TV channels regarding News and I thought that was odd. However, I really enjoyed my stay and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.」
