「This was a beautiful condo, right on the beach, we had a spectacular beachside view. I would absolutely stay there again. The only thing i was disappointed about was the jetted bathtub in the master bathroom was not clean. It appeared clean, but when you filled it with water the water was filled wkth lack and brown debris once you turned on the jets. I am assuming the jets had not been cleaned in awhile. Sadly due to this I did not use it.」

「Great space and fun extras. Really enjoyed the comfort and beach accessibility. Host left bikes and beach chairs for use as well as board games and plenty of kitchen supplies. Will definitely book this one again. 」

「My family and I really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and comfortable. A little out dated on a few items, but nothing to complain about. The TV's had netflix on them, so the kids could watch before bed. The walk to the beach was short, just across the road maybe a 3-4 minute walk. Even with it being the 4th of July week, the beach was not over crowded. The only complaint we had is the elevator was broken. They had to order the part, so it was out our entire stay. It was not fun carrying all...

「Kid friendly, Quiet, clean and plenty of room. It is Within walking distance of the beach. We had a issue with our door code when we arrived and costumer service was very responsive and had it fixed within a couple minutes. 10/10. 」

「Portofino resort property is beautiful. The condo has not been maintained. Have been vacationing at Portofino for 2 decades/many years and have never been in a three bedroom unit that has not been maintained like this unit. The carpets need to be removed and replaced. The kitchen dishes and utensils all need to be evaluated. The furniture needs to be maintained. The mattresses need to be replaced. I am not a complainer and generally satisfied, this unit should be reevaluated before being rented....

「The inside was nice and had a nice courtyard view. The parking area was unkempt. Hard to find for us initially and for delivery drivers…not well marked at the entrance. Keypad lock entry was finicky. Very responsive staff via text.」

「We found the suite adorable and roomie However the bed in the master room was very uncomfortable and we needed to move to the other beds to get some sleep. The master bed was very lump and a big dip in the mattress that hurts our backs. Also if you are going to supply a laundry room, you should leave a laundry tab or 2 like you did for the dish washer. However everything else went well.」

「The condo was furnished with basic cooking and baking utensils. It was clean and had a great view of the bay and the ocean. 3 bedroom and bath were spacious and fit our needs perfectly. We would rent here again. 」
