The condo was very clean. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to prepare your own meals. The bed was very comfortable. The grounds maintenance staff was very nice and kept everything looking beautiful.

Amazing beach property that was in the perfect location! The updated unit was just the perfect size and it had the easiest access to the pool and boardwalk to the beach without having to wait for and elevator! I would definitely stay here again! Minor gripe...I do think the tv in the living room will need replacing soon though, the picture was dark and unclear. M

Unit overall needs a thorough deep clean. Consider cleaning or replacing entry way rugs and area rug in living room. All light switches are quite dirty. Grout in kitchen and bathroom is very dirty, almost black. Consider repainting, reparing water damage on ceilings. Location is fantastic, generous size balcony and great gulf views.

Kids screamed in pool til after 10 pm. I will never book another room that over looks a pool. Mouse droppings in cabinet under the sink where dish rack and items stored. Dry rotted lamp shade and furniture needed a good cleaning.

Regency Towers through Hotel.com

The beach was beautiful but the property had the balcony acccess blocked due to repairs. We were not informed before our stay. Due to sanding, dust was thick outside our door and the whole hallway. Plus the ocean view from the condo was from the side, not direct view. Southern Vacation rentals were aware. They charged us again after we had paid in full to Hotel.com

The place was dirty. I had to wash every kitchen dish I used before I used it. One roll of toilet paper for a week is ridiculous the place is falling apart and lots of areas between the curtains needs a lot of work and it needs to be cleaned it’s filthy. Very disappointed
