「The property is very nice - good location for my visit to Tottenham Stadium to see a concert - it is approx half an hour walk- the only issue I had as a light sleeper was that due to no carpets in the room there was quite a lot of noise from guests walking about upstairs - otherwise all good 😊」

「I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel while attending a work party. The side gate was a thoughtful touch, as it meant we didn’t need to walk through the pub when coming and going. After the evening and a few drinks, the cereals and biscuits provided were very much appreciated :) Having water, juices, tea, and coffee available was also such a lovely gesture. 「I felt safe as a solo traveler here. The room was clean and the location was good. The price is really good for what you get. Staff was kind and the bar is lovely.
If you are very sensitive to noise, Friday/Saturday nights the bar is open until 11pm and it can be a bit noisy, but nothing a couple ear plugs can’t fix if you are turning in early those nights. 」

"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily.
Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."
