「I got locked out of my room the morning I was supposed to leave before check out time. I went down with my key card for coffee and when I returned to my room, I could not get back in. I had no phone or keys with me because I was just going for coffee. I sat in the lobby after I called the number instructed to call for lockouts for about 20-30 minutes and then I called it again. 「The property was clean, the room was clean and well supplied with towels, soap. It looked like it had daily maid service. The hallways, stairs smelled like disinfectant and the door to the 3rd floor (where I was staying) didn't have a door knob but was replaced with a screwed in handle. When I checked in, the day attendent said that I had booked a handicapped room and helped me change over to a regular room, which was helpful.
