「In an attempt to avoid travelling in the heat, we arrived very early. The staff were very welcoming and were happy to provide drinks. We decided to stay for lunch and were not disappointed with the food. Steaks being cooked to perfection, with desserts of sticky toffee pudding and brownie being to die for! When we did get to go to our room, we found it more than adequate, very clean and tea/coffee making facilities and a mini fridge to store our own goodies. There was ample wardrobe space...

「It was a beautiful period room, the pub downstairs looked amazing, we got in quite late so it had stopped serving food sadly. Really quiet over night and a beautiful location. I will be returning with more time!」

「This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful place, with really friendly staff and everything you may need for a getaway or a celebration. Air conditioning in the room was perfect. The only con I’d mention about the room is dirty windows. Peacocks can be a bit loud but do add to the vibe」

「如题，非常棒。女王和邱吉尔都曾住过的庄园，08年改建成酒店。地方很大，草地树林池塘适合散步，就是远了一点，如果没车的话有些不便，不过可以通过酒店叫车。服务很好，建筑和服务能让人体会到典型的英国风！」

「Just stopped one night. The room was lovely. The bed was far too hard for me and hurt my back. The food was good. The location was brilliant. 」

「The location sits beside the river Ouse. Beautiful location. Restaurants, shops, mall, all nearby. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping was immaculate and checked in with me daily to see if I needed anything. The restaurant was fabulous, outside seating and reasonably priced. I made this home for two weeks while I visited from Seattle. One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed and I will definitely return here when I come back again. Highly recommended!」
