「Bed is comfortable and breakfast was very nice」

「Muy limpio, muy bien ubicado y muy amplio.」

「One of the best hotels I’ve stayed, and I said this even with my wife’s high standard. The service and cleanliness were impeccable. There isn’t a car park but the hotel concierge was willing to help us carry our luggage from nearby carpark. We liked even the vintage elevator that came with the hotel. 」

「Excellent excellent excellent everything is just excellent Good location good quality good bed good comfort good pillows good water good shampoo good service 」

「We had a one-day trip on the checkout day. The staff was very helpful to let us store our luggage into a locker so that we didn’t have to take our luggage with the trip.」

「Beautiful place!!」

「Central air conditioning. A little stuffy and too noisy if we opened the window. The reception was friendly and communication was very perfect and timely. Unfortunately our last night was disrupted by a powercut due to the construction work that was being carried out outside of the building. 」

「Designers' hotel with comfort. Good location for shopping and dining.」

「The website did not give English name or Italian name of hotel. The contact number under the hotel name is an agent ohone number, who had no clue which hotel we booked. It took long to find it. The hotel room bath hot water never came out till the guest switched room. The floor was full of dust.」

「Ottima posizione, camera non grande ma elegante. Buona la colazione. Purtroppo, rumorosissimo dalla strada, perché stanno facendo dei lavori. Penso che prima o poi li finiranno, però.」

「Location was excellent. Welcoming staff. Excellent bell services. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was great too except the services were not as friendly. 」

「A step away from the Montenapoleone, yet quiet and lovely」

「An amazing hotel, a little gem located on a quiet street, less than 5 minutes away from Scala theater and from Duomo. This hotel is luxury at its best, I felt pampered and cared for during my 2 days stay. The decoration and designs are superb, the quality and attention to details, fabulous à la cart breakfast, and not at last, the professional staff, who managed to be friendly, warm and super supportive. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel! Thank you everyone at Casa Laveni...
