Fantastic rooms. Super comfortable beds. Amazing staff.... just a shame about the boring area. Unless you really need to be around the San Siro area I'd go closer to town.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Milan San Siro. The hotel staff were all friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and well kept. We used a hire car as we were attending a football tournament with our son and never had any issue with parking on the main road. We used the bus right outside the hotel to get into the city but the hotel also put on a complimentary shuttle in the morning. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

Nice accommodation, friendly and generally helpful staff, breakfast good but little variety. Few restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Bicycles available for free. Metro about 20 minutes walking from hotel. Center Milan about 30-45 minutes by bike.

Luxury hotel, good service at front office, rooms are big and comfortable. Really nice the taxi line in the morning, so you don't have to call one. Breakfast service definitely needs to improve: it is buffet but drinks almost always require an order and it takes long time to have them. Wasn't exepcting this, given the level of the hotel. Could improve cleaning and ecofriendliness

Good hotel, poor service

The hotel is a bit far from Milan city centre but very clean with spacious rooms. I was charged £45 for mini bar items after I checked out. I phoned the hotel asking what items I was charged for. They couldn't tell me. I emailed asking for an invoice of the items I was charged for, but did not receive a reply.

We found both ve & -ve aspects. On the side, although the hotel is located outside the city center, it is easily accessible by public transport. Bus 80 stops at the door & there’s a morning shuttle service to the Duomo - booking is required & availability isn’t always guaranteed.The outdoor area was pleasant & our kids particularly enjoyed the swimming pool.The rooms were neat & comfortable, though there was some dust on the cupboard, standing light & TV. The air conditioning worked well, maintaining a comfortable temperature. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Room service was prompt & the restaurant & bar had a good selection of food & drinks. On the downside, parking was quite expensive at €25 per day & our car broke down just outside the hotel. While the hotel did offer a week of free parking as compensation, I recommend avoiding parking outside, especially with foreign plates. There seemed to be ample parking spaces, so the hotel might consider lowering the fee for guests with foreign plates. We also had to deal with bug bites, which may have been due to the surrounding parks and the August season. Despite the friendly staff & helpful security, the shower in our room was clogged & despite several reports, it remained unresolved, making consecutive showers difficult. Overall, while the amenities & staff were commendable, shower issues & the car trouble affected our experience. Nonetheless, we would definitely consider staying again

Stayed here to visit the San Siro which was easily walkable from the hotel or the 80 bus stops outside but on game days will maybe be quicker to walk. Hotel was clean and comfortable but breakfast wasn’t very well organised with tables not being available when we went.

Perfect stay

Totally blown away from start to finish we would highly recommend this wonderful hotel, perfect in every way. So easy to get around and ideal for the San Siro Stadium, easy enough to walk to or there’s a bus stop directly outside the hotel.
