"This is a very nicely updated hotel in a great location near downtown, but the pool and hot tub were not in working order. Having a pool and hot tub were the main reason for selecting this hotel. Had we known, we surely would have stayed elsewhere. We could not cancel and rebook as the reservation ..."

"The room was clean and properly well maintained. Was a fee for parking in the garage. Our room had a small kitchen area. We did not use the pool or hot tub. It snowed while we visited (end of May surprise!). Would be nice to have a little restaurant or quick grab and go breakfast."
